Jake Paul calls out brother Logan Paul for lying about being offered to fight Mike Tyson first

This wouldn’t be the first time Logan Paul tries to take the spotlight from his little brother

Although Logan Paul has already found success in combat sports with his current job in the WWE, little brother Jake Paul has accomplished much more than he has with his boxing events. You can criticize Jake Paul all you want for apparently not fighting worthy opponents. Since he started this journey, people seem to think he owes them fighting some of the best boxers in the world in order to back up his bravado. But we are still talking about a relatively amateur boxer here, he had no prior experience to any combat sport before this on the biggest stage. This success is often met with resistance from his older brother, who plays into the same old tropes of the classic jealous sibling at any chance he gets.

In recent days, Logan Paul said that he was offered to fight Mike Tyson before his little brother but he declined because the money wasn’t that great. We’ve looked for many different times in which Logan mentions fighting Mike Tyson, not once does he confirm a fight against the former heavyweight was offered to him. Hopefully, Logan can produce some prove of these claims because Jake Paul is having none of it. In his podcast, the ‘Problem Child’ called out his older brother for lying about this in order to get the thunder away from him. Jake seemed disappointed but he also didn’t seem surprised by his brother’s claims.

This is what he said about Logan Paul’s claims: “It is not true. We are the ones that brought the deal to Mike Tyson, so he was never in the market to offer fights for others to turn down. So yes, it’s weird to go online and lie. My team struck a deal with Netflix, and then went to other fighters to get them involved. It started with Tommy Fury but he wanted more money. Then we went to Mike Tyson, and after months of talking we got him to fight. Mike Tyson wasn’t offering people deals, I don’t know why he is saying that. We were the ones offering the deal. Why is my own brother trying to make me look like the second option for Tyson? That’s a complete lie.”
