DRONE footage obtained by The U.S. Sun offers a glimpse into the vacant plot of land that Britney Spears’ father has called home for years after selling the family’s childhood estate in 2021.

The U.S. Sun exclusively reported in May that Jamie Spears, 71, has been living in an RV outside the pop superstar’s storage facility in Louisiana for the past six years.

Jamie sold the Spears family’s home in Kentwood, Louisiana, for roughly $280,000 to a local resident, who then put the property on the market for a staggering $1.2 million in October.

Now, an aerial view of the land where Britney is believed to store her memorabilia shows her estranged father is living just steps away from her warehouse.

Jamie’s white-colored RV is stationed near the entrance of the massive storage facility, about six miles from the family’s old ranch-like estate in Kentwood.

The video also shows what lies behind the sprawling property, including a tractor, two small speed boats, an abandoned vehicle, and what appears to be a pet grave.

Records obtained by The U.S. Sun show that Jamie bought a plot of land directly next to his daughter’s warehouse for approximately $54,000 in December 20220.

The 71-year-old, who had his leg amputated in December due to an infection from a knee replacement surgery, is believed to have been living in the motorhome on the property since 2018.

In the years since Jamie purchased the 9.09-acre land next to his daughter’s industrial warehouse, little to no signs of construction have been recorded.

There are no records to indicate Jamie is planning to buy or construct a permanent home despite pocketing about $5 million from his daughter during her 13-year conservatorship

Jamie was removed from his position as Britney’s conservator in November 2021.

However, months before a judge granted Britney her freedom, Jamie sold the family’s childhood property.

‘FROZEN IN TIME’

The U.S. Sun obtained exclusive photos from the Spears’ old Kentwood estate, which has been kept in its antique condition as when the Toxic singer was raised there.

Photos show the modest ranch home, which is nestled on almost two acres of land in the rural south, with pro-Trump flags flying above it.

Real estate agent Yvonne Hulsey told The U.S. Sun the property is still fully furnished with Britney memorabilia.

“There’s a lot of furnishes that’s still history to the house when Britney was a child,” Hulsey said.

“There’s writing on the concrete when the sidewalks were poured.

“There’s graffiti on one of the closests where it says, ‘Christina [Aguilera] sucks, Britney rocks.’

“They were rivals, I guess when they were little, and I think they’re pretty good friends now.”

BRITNEY MEMORABILIA

Hulsey said the home still contains several of Jamie’s belongings, which he left behind when he sold the property.

“When Mr. Spears vacated the premises he left several things that were historical to the childhood home,” she told The U.S. Sun.

“Chairs, sofas, end tables, knickknacks, things of that sort, nothing really personal to Britney, but I guess to the family.”

Despite the home’s pristine condition, Hulsey said she’s struggled to find a buyer since listing the house on the market in October.

The realtor said scammers have tried to get their hands on the iconic property.

“I’ve had a lot of activity, but I haven’t had a solid buyer yet,” she added.

“A lot of scammers, but I don’t have anything locked in yet.

‘There are people that are interested in turning it into a bed and breakfast or a museum.

“You know, being an iconic property, there’s been a lot of interest. I just don’t have anything solid.”

Britney’s childhood home features 2,200 square feet of living space and boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The bedroom, believed to belong to Britney before her heyday, still features NSYNC stickers and other 90s pop decor.

Inside the home, photos show original artwork by the Grammy winner during her youth days, including a drawing of a house with flowers and mountains in the background and a picture that reads, “Jesus loves me!”
