EMINEM HUMILIATED: Watch the Shocking Footage of Him Getting Schooled by a Teen Boxer Half His Size!
In a recent chat with boxing legend Mike Tyson, rapper Eminem tells the story of when he got beaten badly when sparring with a 14-year-old.
Everyone knows that Eminem is one of the best rappers in the world. But did you know he was also a dab hand – pun intended – at boxing?
Well – kind of. In a recent chat with boxing legend Mike Tyson, Em – real name Marshall Mathers – revealed that late boxer, trainer and commentator Emmanuel Steward used to bring fighters from his Kronk Gym to the rapper’s house, and one time he got severely clobbered. By a 14-year-old.
Eminem was a guest on the former boxer’s Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson show when he made the admission.
“Boxing is hard, man,” he told Tyson at the start of the interview, before disclosing that he’d been sparring for 13 years – or, as he puts it, ‘just messing around’. He then began talking about his interactions with Emmanuel Steward.
“He [Steward] was such a nice dude,” the rapper recalled.
“He’d come over to my house and we’d spar like twice a week. He’d bring his boxers over from the Kronk Gym.
“This was like, 12 or 13 years ago. He would come over and he would show me the basics, and it took a long f***ing time for me to just learn the basics. After a couple of months of us doing it, he’d bring some of his up and coming boxers around.
“And I got a funny story. We’re probably about six months in, and he’s bringing his boxers like every week. And I’m getting my a** whipped, but at least I’m staying with them. I’m getting some good hits in, I’m feeling a little bit good about myself.
“So one day, he comes over and brings this boxer from Kronk and I’m in the house, I was on the phone or something, so when I come out, the dude that he had brought had his head gear on and I’m like, ‘Okay, I guess he’s ready.’
“So I put [my gear] on, and we’re going at it and he kicked the s*** out of me. He f***ed me up!”
Eminem continued: “So after we’re done – we go like three rounds, right, and I don’t think I got one hit in – he takes his head gear off, and I said, ‘Man, how old are you?’ And he said, ’14.’
“I was like, ‘Man, I f***ing quit.”
Owch. Don’t blame you, Eminem mate.
